Our next Couch to 5k group will begin on Monday 7th January 2019. Sessions will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm and Fridays at 6am. You don't have to make them all - just come when you can, although you are encouraged to try and get three runs in each week The programme runs over 9 weeks
