About the Event
The next BrewDog Run takes place on Friday 28th December. This is a fundraiser for the club and a great event to be involved in.
We will need a few volunteers to help make it a success, both on the day itself, as well as the day before to help pack the goodie bags.
Thursday 27th (afternoon if that suits)
Packing of goodie bags
Collecting equipment needed on the day
Someone to drive goodie bags to Ellon
Bag drop (9.30am at Castlegate and then to be in Ellon from 2pm)
Registration (9.30 - 10.45 in Castlegate)
Running marshals (some or all of the route, including a tail runner)
Marshals at checkpoints (Dyce 11.15 -12.15, and Udny Station 12.30-1.45)
Marshals in Ellon (1.30-3pm)
Arrival team in Ellon (goody bags, medals, bags etc) (2-4pm)
