FLJ support at the Summer BrewDog Run

About the Event
Volunteer requests – the BrewDog Run – 3rd & 5th June 2021
We are now looking to finalise our volunteer team for the BrewDog Run on Saturday 5th June (posponed from June 2020).
As you know, this is one of the biggest sources of income for the club, and allows us to do what we do. It’s also a great day out.
In terms of our requirements, we need the following:-
Thursday 3rd June 7-9pm (location TBC)
Goodie Bag packing and medal making 8-10 people required to pack the goodie bags.
2 people with reasonable sized cars to take (a) the goodie bags, and (b) the tshirts & medals, plus tables, to the finish line in Ellon on the Saturday afternoon.
Saturday 5th June
3 x Drop Bag team - 9.45 – 10.30am
2 x Registration team - 9.45 – 10.30am
Dyce Checkpoint - 11am – 12.30pm
1 x Driver to be at David’s house at 9am to collect everything.
2-3 x extras to run the checkpoint
Udny Station checkpoint 12- 2pm
1 x Driver to be at David’s house at 9am to collect everything.
2-3 x extras to run the checkpoint
Route Marshals - 1.30-3.30pm
3 x marshals at Viaduct, Meadows Way and Balmacassie
Finish Line - 1.30-3.30pm
2 x Goodie Bag team (collecting on Wednesday)
2 x T-shirt team (collecting on Wednesday)
Running marshals 10 – 3.30 (or smaller sections).
Lead bike 1-2 Running marshals (can break down into 10-11k sections) Bike marshals Tail runner
