Who needs an excuse to celebrate?
This week the C25k group reach half way through the programme, and need some FLJ motivation to help them face the 20-minute run on Friday
Most of you have been there and know what it was like. And that amazing feeling of achievement when it’s done
So, moving to our ‘new’ watering hole, head over to the Great Western after Wednesday’s run. Just in your running gear. That’s fine. There’s no dress code. Stay for 10 minutes or 2 hours. It doesn’t matter
And even if you haven’t run, come anyway. It’ll be lovely to see you
