About the Event
Sunday 10th October is World Mental Health Day
To mark the occasion, the FLJs are holding a 10k run, as part of the North East Big 10 raising money for Mental Health Aberdeen
Sign up on Spond, and join us at the car park on Altens Farm Road (just off the junction of Hareness Road and Wellington Road)
The run will take us on the previous “Ben10” route that goes over Tullos Hill, down to Doonies Farm, along the Cove coastal path, through the Cove community garden and back through the quiet footpaths and lanes
It’s not a race. The plan will be to run together or in groups in the usual FLJ style
The run will be followed by refreshments, and maybe even medals.
We would ask that you donate at least £10 to Mental Health Aberdeen
