What a night it was on Thursday 3rd October, as the Fit Like Joggers won the Community Sports Project award at the Aberdeen Sports Awards at P&J Live. We had three tables, and were by far the biggest (and loudest) group there. It was amazing to hear our name read out, and then all head up on stage to receive our award.
This just shows that what we are doing with the Couch to 5k programme is working. Well done everyone.
