Parkrun

Who’s done a parkrun before? All the local parkruns are back running again, and it would be great to have an FLJ presence

Parkrun is a timed 5k event, which takes place in cities across the world at 9.30 am on Saturday mornings. They are free to take part. You just have to register in advance on the Parkrun website and print off a bar code

It doesn’t matter whether you can run 5k in 15 minutes or walk it in an hour. Everyone (and their dogs) are welcome.

Suggest the FLJs support the different local parkruns in the area including Aberdeen parkrun, Hazlehead parkrun, Ury Riverside parkrun, Crathes Castle parkrun, Ellon parkrun and Stonehaven parkrun

How about we start this week (Saturday 11th September)

at Aberdeen Parkrun, meeting at DonMouth ready for a 9.30 start.

Purple FLJ tshirts where possible.
