Excitement levels are rising ahead of tomorrow’s Gathimba Edwards 3k run at Prime Four, ahead of the FLJ Celebration Lunch at the Village Hotel.
It’s going to be a great day for all Fit Like Joggers. Make sure you don’t buckle yourself on the run. Enjoy being able to get out at actual events again.
I’ll be there from 9ish putting up the gazebo if anyone wants to come down early.
After the run, we will have mulled wine (raising money for the Gathimba Edwards Foundation) and then head over to the hotel for a shower (optional) and lunch.
