The Friends of Orchard Brae 5k takes place on Tuesday evening and it would be great to have a few people from the club supporting this. You can sign up on the evening.

Registration from 5.30 at the Brig o’ Don pub (next to Lidl), with the run starting at 6.30pm

Thursday 19th - Bootcamp

You may have seen that Euan Willox has been planning a weekly bootcamp for FLJs at Duthie Park at 6am on Thursday mornings. Details are on Spond if you’d like to join

Sunday 22nd - GEF 3k Safari Series

This is the first of this year’s safari series runs, so if you want the medal, you’d better sign up.
