Celebrate the relaxation of restrictions by coming back to the FLJ Family for Homecoming Week
We have four different groups in the evenings, and they will all look to accommodate anyone, from the 25 minute Beginners Group, to the two 5k, and the 8k groups
So if you haven’t been for a while, or have been looking for the motivation to get back out, then come and join us again.
Monday and Wednesday at 7pm and Wednesday and Friday at 6am
